Problem Details:
I didn't get my pp

Video or screenshot showing the problem:
I'm sure I got S and full combo in this map https://osu.ppy.sh/s/217640 in the Kibbleru's Insane about 2 days ago,but I didn't get any pp.When I log out and log in osu again,my record disappeared.Why??

osu! version: 20160821.1 (latest)

Not all plays will increase your pp. If your score disappeared, contact accounts@ppy.sh and explain your issue there.
We can't do anything about that here.

Do you see the score when yo go to global rankings? If not then it hasnt submitted and cause you closed osu it wont submit

You may have been disconnected during the play, since you said it was 2 days ago?? If you did, the play wouldn't count after 2 hours (I think)

Plays will be lost after 64 minutes if it doesn't submit
Your post makes it seems as if it didn't submit, so all you can do is try again, sadly enough
