[MOUSE] Cursor is slow and really sluggish (NOT DELAYED). I'm using fullscreen and my input is 0.42~ ms while playing a beat map, however if I use compatibility mode it is fine (except takes 5-10 seconds to alt-tab out)
It is not a frame rate issue, it does the exact same with V-SYNC, 120, 240 or unlimited (I get about 2500 fps in unlimited).
If it matters, I have an i5-4690k with a GTX 970 as well as 24GB of ram. The mouse I am using is a Razer Deathadder 2013, 1000 dpi and 1000 polling rate.
