Problem Details:
I've bought a new subscription half an hour ago, but i didn't got an email confirming the purchase yet.

You should contact accounts@ppy.sh. They will handle these type of issues.

It can take up to a few hours for your supporter tag to appear. It seems like you're fine now.

For future reference, though, if your supporter tag hasn't appear within 24 hours, contact accounts@ppy.sh, as sheela said above. Plus, we don't handle account related issues here.
