Problem Details:

I seem to be having issues with osu! support 4k resolutions. I was curious as if it is fully support for these resolutions or is anything planned for it in the future.
osu! will not recognize anything over 2560x1080. Could this possibly be a driver interference thing or does anything else have issues like this with 4k?

I don't have a 4k monitor to test but I swear my friend used to be able to run it fine about a year ago.

Try changing it in your config file and see if it works. Should be located in appdata/local/osu! and the file should be something like osu!.PCNAME.cfg

That worked! Wont read ingame that its set to that but it is working now.
