try to hold 'Shift' while starting osu! and choose 'Stable (Fallback)' as build

I kept pressure Shift and try open osu but don't happen nothing

Go to your osu! folder and search for the osu!.cfg file. Open it, and change the _ReleaseStream to _ReleaseStream = Stable as shown in the picture below.
