Problem Details:
the HP bar can rise again when accidentially release the slider / long notes
look at performance graph

You're playing in multiplayer, where it's possible to revive if you hit enough notes
Does the same thing happen in single player mode?

no, but sudden death is supposed to cannot be revived if im not wrong

You're playing multiplayer, if you don't break or miss a note, ofc the health bar would go up.

yes , multi player mode sudden death effect will be disappear if u reach full bar after being death by sudden death its mean u can still comeback a game ! that totally useful . .
