Not exactly bad.
I'd suggest you to consider re-vamping(lolpun) the skin a little. It's weird having to see Remilia's face for almost every element of the skin. Take into consideration the gothicness and the dark theme surrounding her character as a source of inspiration, like what I saw with the hitcircle. Symbols, patterns, color themes and elements that embody Remilia in the spirit, rather than cliche visual impressions to make it look like a "Remilia" skin.  |

Hard to say about "gothicness and the dark theme surrounding her character", because of really different fanarts ^^'. I will think a little about that someday.
