i can't open my osu because it can't stop updating, my osu version is Stable (Fallback)

There should be an update log file in the osu! folder. Post the contents of that file here?

Sounds like your graphics driver is causing this one. Can you make sure your graphics driver is up-to-date or reinstall it? See this page.
