You.. don't?
The link has to lead to a certain section of the page such as forum post or wiki section links do. No BBCode magic will make it do that.
If the link does just use the URL tag.

I've read on other forums you can use things such as [anchor='bottom']bottom[/anchor] or things like that(all of this was with BBCode). i wanted to know this because i wanted to make a thread on the art forum that can lead you to certain areas of the thread.
Example, you're at the bottom, and you make a button/link, that scrolls you to the top of it like the links in the picture above do

Yeah, you can't do that here as far as I'm aware.
A work around would be using a post for each section you want to link to, but that's not an option lol.
