So I'm using the WWW 1.6.1 skin and the circles are black and white, so no other colors show up. A few weeks ago, they would be outlined with a certain color (depending on what color the mapper chose to use). Is it controllable or random?

You can change the combo colors in the skin.ini file in the skins folder.

Enable the 'ignore all beatmap skins' setting' if you don't want that to happen.
