[Archived] Osu! stuttering a lot.

Problem Details:

Osu! is stuttering to hell. I have a FX 6300, 8Gb RAM, GTX 960. What the heck is going on? I have turned dropped frames on and also have turned on any performance improving settings yet nothing has happened. My Osu! just keeps stuttering and dropping frames for no reason.

osu! version: 20160504.1 (latest)

Do you have threaded optimizations turned / forced on in your gpu settings? osu! should turn that off automatically, but if it happens to be on turn it off.
