First of all I must clarify: 麻枝准 is only the QC(the Quality Control) and one of the Composer/Lyricist for this game, not the author. He compose the BGM 「旅」(Tabi) and Lyrics it derived the song 「CANOE」 and 「渡りの詩」(Watari no Uta). That's all.
The authors of Rewrite are: 田中ロミオ(Tanaka Romeo)、竜騎士07(Ryukishi07) and 都乃河勇人.
The route of 中津静流(Nakatsu Shizuru) writen by 都乃河勇人, all of the script has no any relationship with 麻枝准.(The route of 此花ルチア(Konohana Lucia) writen by 竜騎士07, others by 田中ロミオ)

SV1.3 is OK, but you use many 1.2X, 1.5X green line. Those makes your slider too fast, made the flow hard, unsightly and not suitable for this song. This song is softly, your mapping should reflected it. 0.75X, 0.8X,1.0X,1.2X enough.

The first paragraph of this song has weak piano sound, you can follow these and I feel those are better to map. You know always following vocal is worse, but for this song, you can mix the vocal and rhythm where appropriate.
00:07:146 (1,2) - good symmetry, but 00:10:411 (1) looks very bad. there is no any sound at 00:11:228. if you have slow slider it's very proper to a normal slider like KPY have done. Many sliders in this map are all like this.
00:23:473 (1) - start this at 00:23:575 and end at 00:26:636, then add a circle at 00:23:473
In my opinion, I would add a slider from 00:30:003 to 00:30:820, a circle at 00:32:452, slider from 00:33:269 to 00:34:085, a big DS between 00:35:309 (4,5), maybe 2X, then slider from 00:36:534 to 00:37:350, circle at 00:38:167 and 00:38:983......
Do you have heard of Snake mapping? You are not mapping normal nor easy, but insane instead. Like 00:30:003 (2,3)、00:56:126 (1,2)、00:59:391 (1,2) and so on. Please do not fall in DS hole. Insane diff is free. Almost all of the notes likes snake, looks boring
01:15:309 (5) - do you heard any sound here?
01:50:820 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - even for insane, this stream too hard and I recommend kickslider instead.
02:32:452 (1) - stack on 02:33:677 (2)
03:11:228 (3,4,5,6) - what are you following? I can't make clear them. You'd better use slider to cover these.
03:28:779 (4) - why not a slider here same as before? there are all of One-half shot, 03:29:187 (5) too, downbeat at 03:29:595 but you add the slider tail makes strange feeling. Downbeat should be circle or slider head to give player striking sense.
03:30:411 (1,2,3) - then why you suddenly switch to vocal?
03:32:044 (3) 、03:35:309 (4) - same with 03:29:187 (5)
So many issues, still need hard word.

* You should add soft-sliderslide 'cuz the noise coming from the soft default slider is disturbing the main music. Moreover, this is such a calm and quiet song in which the noise from the slider kinda broke the aesthetic side. And don't forget to change all the sample from the timing setup panel into S:C1 if you do this :3
* In my opinion, the preview point that you choose didn't hit the highlight from the song itself. Based on the way you choose the preview point, I guess you didn't intend to put the preview point at some part before the kiai time and instead you like to add calm yet touching part as a preview point am I right o3o? My suggestion is, if you really want to add calm and gorgeous part as the preview point, then you should move the preview point into 04:47:554 . That part is so nice and touchy ;w; *sniffle*

* 02:05:718 (2) ~ 02:06:330 (5) - How about making the stream at these notes into round instead of letting it straight? 01:50:786 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - I'm doubtful about this 1/8 spam for this map being a 2 stars (lol) and a calm song (almost constantly 1/2 ofc), think about the novice players who could apreciate your set too. I think this "stream" should be removed and replaced by sliders
