Most of my suggestions will likely make most notes unsnap, so it's best to have (another) backup for this

Most of it also uses Agka's tool: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3740759/svc.html

Just going to go through how to create some stuff in that
Measure Line Creation:

1. Create flowing speedups and slowdowns: Use that to create a ton of green lines by using steps, take note that measure lines 1ms next to each other will not show any measure lines at all
2. Inherited points to uninherited points: Take a fixed BPM/Red line code and put it on the first line here, then throw in the rest of the code you generated in 1., it should output a bunch of red lines

Most of these are leaning towards a fiercer chart, basically adding teleports, measurelines, >1.0 SVs etc.

00:00:400 - You can probably go ahead and throw in some measure lines here, possibly measure lines that have a scroll speed wobble (?)

00:12:846 - Think you can go ahead and spam measure lines here and speed up (possibly stutter at the same time) towards 00:14:761 (14761|0) -

00:45:400 (45400|2,45400|3,45400|0) - Thinking of how you can effect this impact by doing a very light but noticeable bump here, something like 2.0x and 0.8x right after
You can go ahead and do this for all similar sounds here too

01:10:293 (70293|2) - Think you can be more ambitious in this SV, it's slightly too short and minimal to notice the effect, so you might want to raise the values

01:42:846 (102846|2,104761|1) - Possibly an area for measure line spam, probably cut/crop out measure lines at the jacks 01:44:043 (104043|3,104123|3,104362|0,104442|0,104681|3) -

01:44:761 (104761|0,106357|0) - Similarly, think you can go for a higher SV ending here, something that goes beyond 1.0, maybe 1.1/1.2? Increases the difficulty/intensity while it doesn't become impossible to play

01:47:633 - TO 01:48:590 - think you can pull off an increasing scroll speed + measure line + stutter here, measure lines are quite needed to see the effect better since there are no notes here

01:49:229 - Personally think that this section is quite slow on average and quite tame in SVs, think you can bump the strength in SVs here in general basically

01:56:570 (116570|3) - Possibly measure lines (?)

01:59:442 (119442|3,120400|3) - Can probably pull of a wobble SV before the LN here

02:03:910 (123910|3,124548|1) - Think a speed up towards 1.1 could work here

02:05:825 (125825|2,126304|3,126782|1) - Think for these 3 LNs you can throw in some stutters

02:07:102 (127102|3,127501|3,127979|2) - Felt that these chords aren't really strong enough, I would suggest to do a 10x SV right when you hit the note before the other SVs come to play, this is so that the whole playfield kind of resets its view, basically preventing players to read other notes until the chord is being hit

02:10:293 (130293|1) - Similarly, think this could work with measure lines though

02:16:372 (136372|1,136452|0,136532|2,136611|3,136611|1) - would suggest to do 3 2 3 {24}, the 32 roll is kind of awkward to hit with slowjam and doesn't really fit the drums(?)

02:16:611 (136611|3) - I think you can pull off a teleport SV here and a slow enough SV right after such that 02:17:967 (137967|2) - is visible right after you hit that note, think it fits the song better (i have no idea how to explain this better unfortunately)

02:22:435 (142435|1) - Think you can be more rough and end with a 1.1 or 1.2

02:36:797 (156797|3,157754|0) - Incrementing SV and measure lines (?)

03:01:369 - Could use a small SV bump

03:32:642 (212642|3) - measurelineeeeeesss

03:37:429 (217429|3,218387|3) - Think you can pull off stutters here, think it fits the instrument more

04:02:003 (242003|2,242961|2) - Similarly

overall a really nice chart, good luck throwing these suggestions in

would rather not since the thirds of the song before it was averaging at 0.85, and the increase in the song isn't too drastic

01:47:633 - TO 01:48:590 - think you can pull off an increasing scroll speed + measure line + stutter here, measure lines are quite needed to see the effect better since there are no notes here
can't do this to my satisfaction, unfortunately

01:49:229 - Personally think that this section is quite slow on average and quite tame in SVs, think you can bump the strength in SVs here in general basically
well, it is the start of the chart's juicy sections - would much rather ease the player into it

01:56:570 (116570|3) - Possibly measure lines (?)
I wouldn't - and if I would, every snap would look ugly. the sound's linear, too low a snap would look like it emphasises sound that doesn't exist, and too high is unjustified

01:59:442 (119442|3,120400|3) - Can probably pull of a wobble SV before the LN here
done

02:03:910 (123910|3,124548|1) - Think a speed up towards 1.1 could work here
I'd much rather the sections with the epic chords be faster than the part before it, for emphasis, and having it be faster than 1.1 is unfair

02:05:825 (125825|2,126304|3,126782|1) - Think for these 3 LNs you can throw in some stutters
I'd much rather the sections with the epic chords be clean because of the epic chords representing some sort of god-like purity or some shit. plus, SVing every single nook and cranny tends to get tedious

02:07:102 (127102|3,127501|3,127979|2) - Felt that these chords aren't really strong enough, I would suggest to do a 10x SV right when you hit the note before the other SVs come to play, this is so that the whole playfield kind of resets its view, basically preventing players to read other notes until the chord is being hit
done

02:10:293 (130293|1) - Similarly, think this could work with measure lines though
same as above + I think this sound is too soft for measure lines, low density not doing justice, high density not justified etc.

02:16:372 (136372|1,136452|0,136532|2,136611|3,136611|1) - would suggest to do 3 2 3 {24}, the 32 roll is kind of awkward to hit with slowjam and doesn't really fit the drums(?)
the 3s are different sounds, and I can hit this section perfectly fine. even if it is awkward, so is the rest of the song

02:16:611 (136611|3) - I think you can pull off a teleport SV here and a slow enough SV right after such that 02:17:967 (137967|2) - is visible right after you hit that note, think it fits the song better (i have no idea how to explain this better unfortunately)
how's slowing it to 0.4 rather than 0.6?

02:22:435 (142435|1) - Think you can be more rough and end with a 1.1 or 1.2
1.1

02:36:797 (156797|3,157754|0) - Incrementing SV and measure lines (?)
not SV because the melody doesn't change, but measure lines, sure

03:01:369 - Could use a small SV bump
done

03:32:642 (212642|3) - measurelineeeeeesss
k lol

03:37:429 (217429|3,218387|3) - Think you can pull off stutters here, think it fits the instrument more
done

04:02:003 (242003|2,242961|2) - Similarly
sort of want a smooth way to finish the SV bit, though I'll potentially do this

overall a really nice chart, good luck throwing these suggestions in
huge thanks!

Just had Nivrad00 whip up a little something-something, and it's pure genius.
