I have changed the behaviour in osu! to only engage Microsoft Ink support when the "force tablet" option is chosen. This means by default it will be totally disabled, hopefully solving issues with dodgy tablet drivers.

Please let me know how this goes (you can test on the test build already, if possible).

This change is now in the public release. Make sure to restart osu! if you change "tablet pc" support from ENABLED to DISABLED. This may help those people which have had long-term problems with their tablets (the one where they have to end process of that windows service).

When I use tablet in osu, my cursor has some delay
but It works normally outside osu!window.
I have tried to reinstall my window7, there was no delay in the first day, but then the delay was happened again.
Now I can only play osu! normally after reinstalling window...

Try setting your frame limiter to 120fps or unlimited. This is likely caused by vsync.

Thank you pp
I tried to set to 120fps or unlimited, but there still is the delay...
For unlimited mod, my fps is almost 2xxx.
Additionally, When I use the Fullscreen Mode, cursor worked normally without delay.

If you are running windows 7, there is an added delay to all applications that draw to the screen due to the way window buffers are handled. For the highest performance possible, always use full-screen.

I'm guessing you mean disabling aero glass (window composition), in which case yes, this will also help.

Yes I used this method and the problem was improved.
But there still is a very little bit delay which I can feel...

Disabling Tablet support makes it so I have to double tap with my pen to have it register as a click. Dunno if it fixes the cursor sticking problem, since without being able to tap normally I can't really make it far enough into a song to properly test it (I suppose I could just load up a really easy song and/or force myself to use Z/X instead of tapping, but meh). Any suggestions to fix that problem?

It may also be worth noting - since I haven't seen specific mention of this in the thread so far - that my cursor only gets stuck in the Osu window. I can mvoe the cursor around outside the window quite freely, so it seems to me like an issue with Osu's interpretation of the tablet input, rather than a problem with the tablet itself or its interaction with the computer as a whole. Dunno if that's at all helpful.
