[Archived] Is there a way to change options without the options screen?

Problem Details: So, I changed my renderer to Open Gl so I could hopefully get an increase in fps when I'm not charging.
But, now Osu! won't go past the loading screen before it crashes.
Is there a way to change it back without getting into the in-game options or do I have to re-install?

osu! version: 20151228.3 (latest)

You should change the osu!<PC USERNAME>.cfg
Open it in notepad, and change renderer to d3d
