[Archived] In game osu is not working?

I am very bad at explaining this but ever since 3-2 days ago Osu! in game has been stating that I am offline? (Like, my name just appears but I am not online?) It has been happening quite frequently now and I need to resolve this. I am unable to access in game stuff like the chat, global scores and etc. However, on the website it says I logged in 23 hours ago even though Osu! in game didn't say so.

If someone were to resolve this, that would be great.

I'm not sure, but you could try to update your game?
You're still using the 20160107cuttingedge one when we have the 20160203.1cuttingedge

I can't be sure that is going to solve your problem, but it might, it might not; just try (unless there's a reason why you aren't updating, but I encourauge you to do that).

Anyway... make sure your firewall and/or antivirus software are not interfering.

uninstall and reinstall , everyone is having this issue
