[Archived] Social Media Messages (except Osu) are leading to low FPS

Problem Details:
Everytime i receive a messages of a friend through teamspeak , steam , facebook , twitch private messages or anything else you can imagine , are leading to low fps in osu! This is happening since i got my 2nd Monitor , i deactivated it but the problem is still active. The Osu! FPS Tracker isnt showing the frame Drops.

Likely intended, as it's a pop up. This causes osu to no longer be the active window. And when osu is no longer the active window it goes to 30fps maximum

Right forgot about the popup stuff.
Sadly no, it's programmed this way to put less stress/power consumption if osu! is running in the background.
