Read this - "...the mapper places two hit objects farther apart than the standard distance snap multiplier would allow". - "Jumps are typically used in Hard and Insane difficulties. They are also occasionally used in Easy and Normal difficulties, but in those cases the jumps are typically small and typically have a good amount of time between each hit object, giving time for the player to react."

Thanks for modding also, @Titan, keep in mind, those things are like, real outdated, since standards of things change all the time, using constant DS throughout a Normal/Easy Difficulty is just considered normal

  1. The difficulty spread is not good at all at the moment. Easy consists of nothing but 1/1, while Normal is full of 1/2 with even 1/4 mixed within. Hard and Normal are almost identical density-wise though. You will need to rename 'Easy' to 'Beginner' and map an Easy difficulty in between those two. The new Easy should have a decent amout of 1/2 and higher spacing than your current Easy. If you need more clarification on that, feel free to contact me ingame.
  2. Your hitsound volume feels too high in general for such a calm song. I'd lower it by ~10% :3
[Easy]

  1. The difficulty as it is right now is really simple to play (which is not a bad thing if the spread is going to get fixed). However, the rhythm only consists of 1/1-sliders and circles, which makes the map really repetetive, so it will be boring to play for newbies. I recommend you to add some variation by using longer sliders (2/1-sliders) or having 2/1-breaks at some places, to make the map more interesting. I will give you some suggestions below. In case you apply them, remember to fix the distance spacing afterwards!
  2. 00:11:581 (6) - The piano sound here is pretty low-volume and not part of the main melody, so I would delete this circle.

  2. 00:02:545 (5,6) - This stack doesn't really fit because 00:02:183 - 00:02:545 - 00:02:906 - are consecutive tone steps. Therefore, simple distance spacing would fit better here.
  3. 00:05:436 (5,6) - ^
  4. 00:11:581 (6,7,1) - Okay, so 00:11:581 - is a rather calm piano note, while 00:11:942 - is an anacrusis (in this case, it's the point where the melody starts again after a small break), so this note belongs to the following piano notes. Therefore, it does make sense to stack 00:11:942 (7,1) -, but it doesn't make sense to include 00:11:581 (6) - in the stack. I would recommend to use distance spacing between (6) and (7), but to keep the rest of the stack.
  5. 00:59:292 (2,3,4) - ^
  6. 01:09:412 (4,5,1) - ^ (in this case, (4) is not that calm, however the new melodic structure still starts at (5) so it's basically the same thing)

For these ones, using ds kinda felt awkward with the limited amount of room here, so I stacked it on the end of the slider if that makes it any better. Reasoning for this is because to me it kinda feels like 00:04:713 (4,5) - are part of the same kind of "rhythm" (I wouldn't be able to identify the correct music term if I tried orz) so basically, since it's still part of that particular rhythm, it should be fine to stack. It makes more sense to what it previously was since 6 is a different rhythm

View of the Ocean patterns are structured while the NC on normal is there for the downbeat, plus the beat that has the NC is stronger than the one you suggested orz :(

ok i saw that this diff was just recently added lol. I feel like it was quite rushed, please put more time into this and find some rhythm that can better express the song :D Aight, so like the thing about this diff is to fulfill the diff gap between beginner and normal right? So basically, I added some variation like you pointed out, so it won't be nearly as boring to play, as well as having 1/2 incorporated into the diff itself. I think where the diff currently stands fills in the diff gap that was previously there so idk, I'll keep most of the rhythms for now, after all, it's an easy, can't really expect too much in that regard. The tick is 2 so that even if the notes aren't clicked because of a 1/1 or something slider, it'll still be heard with the tick, so I don't see too much reason besides the variation I added to make it less boring to change the rhythm ><
