The mp3 file sounds... awful... :l

00:28:564 (5,6,7) - Move 00:28:648 (6) to 00:28:814, ALL the triplets throughout the map should be like this imo, so you should do the same for the rest of the map, also remember to do the necessary adjustments if youre going to do this.
00:39:481 - Now im wondering why you did it right here, and the rest wrong, Lol. Anyways, if youre not changing the above, then you should change this one so it would be like the others.

Sorry, got bored with your map, and the mp3 quality is not exactly helping (i cant exactly listen well to the instruments :[ )

Although I managed to extract the osz file, make sure you test with other people.
I still can't import the osz file.

Overall:
You seriously need an intermediate diff in there!!!
[Insane] is a huge jump from [Normal] (which is by the way 3.04 > 3 stars)
I'll do a full mod once you put a [Hard] in there. So light mod only
Actually the two diffs here are already good by themselves...

[Normal]
Choose either Drain Rate or Overall Difficulty, -1. (You need a diff under or equal 3 stars to be rankable)

00:23:231 (3) - align with (2)?
00:36:231 (1) - as the easiest diff of this song, this note is too far from end of spinner
01:29:231 (1) - nothing after the spinner? I was expecting more lol

00:06:231 (1) - ^
00:09:565 (2,3) - Spacing is a bit longer, but not that much, so not that important issue.
00:23:231 (3) - How about moving one grid up?
01:02:565 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - I personally don't like 1,1,1,1... things, but well, that's just mapper's preference.
01:29:231 (1) - Uh... How about mapping the break part after this?
