Maybe it's just my laptop acting strange, but your combo colours 3 and 4 are almost alike! If they are, then you should change this, coz it's a bit confusing @.@
0:00:412 [spinner] - Erm, the spinner is earlier than the offset point. I'm not sure if that's OK, but you can try to let it start on the offset point itself. I don't see any major issues in doing that, IMO.

[Easy]
0:15:061 [2, next 1] - These are rather confusing, due to the similar colours. Change the later combo to a new colour?
0:37:561 [4] - Add a whistle.
0:41:780 [1] - Add a whistle at the end of the slider.
0:45:061 [4] - Add a whistle here too.
{All the whistles are to establish a rhythm for the notes, coz I think this is rather important for an Easy. But, this is more of an opinion on my part, so you can ignore this if you feel this doesn't suit the song}
0:50:686 [2] & 0:58:655 [4] - Either add a soft whistle at the former, or remove the soft whistle of the latter.
1:12:717 [5] - Maybe remove the finish here, to go with the vocal silence?
1:35:686 [x] - Maybe you can add a note here? It feels rather awkward being silent when the singer is singing here.

[Hard]
0:16:467 [3] - Move this one by 4 grids left and 2 grids up (level 3).
0:16:936 [4] - Move this one 1 grid up.
