Hello dear developers. I have an idea how make sliders more interesting. I suggest add function of enabling allowing sliderborder color to combo color.

How it can will enabled?
I suggest add to skin.ini new item: Sliderborderallowcombo: (0 or 1(1 if enabled, or 0 if dissabled)

I hope you'll accept my request
