  1. I'd recommend changing the Approach Rate to 9 instead of 9.1 to conform with the 'guideline' for a rain diff.
  2. Approach Rate and Overall Difficulty should ALWAYS be the same for CtB mapset, please change the OD to match the AR.
  3. Add 'Utawarerumono: Itsuwari no Kamen opening' to the tags

[Rain]
  1. 00:02:240 (6,7,8,9) - I'd switch the order of the slider and 3 notes around to match the song. Slider starting at 'me~' and 3 notes starting at 'kami~'.
  2. 00:06:855 (4,5,6,7,8,9) - I'd change this to a slider (or even get rid of the jumps) and also 00:08:009 (1,2,3,4) - Remove (2) and (4) and re-map (1) and (3).
  3. 00:11:086 (6,7,8,9,10) - 1/8 isn't really needed here, 1/4 or a slider works fine.
  4. 00:19:163 (1,2,3,4,5) - Change the jump from 1->2 to 2->3.
  5. 00:21:471 (6,7) - Remove the hyper here, just make this an emphasised jump.
  6. 00:24:548 (1,2,3,4) - This pattern can be considered hard for rain maps, up to you whether you change this or not, but I would remove at least 1 or two hypers from these jumps.
  7. 00:31:086 (6,7,8) - Remove (7).
  8. 00:36:086 (1,2,3) - Remove (2) or extend the slider to finish at 00:36:662 - .
  9. 00:37:431 - Add a note here possibly(and NC)? x:232 feels nice.

  11. 00:56:086 (2,3,4,5) - Please try not to reverse patterns sharply after a hyper for rain diffs. These can be quite hard to catch. You could try and curve these out or create a '>' shape.

Overall I really like this rain map and the flow is actually pretty good. Please do call me back when you have some more mods because I'd love to see how it turns out after you have more mods.(PM is fine).

I'm really happy that you like this map.
I have already done the changes as I quoted above. After some small changing and did some of the other diff, I will pm you in game to let you see my map.
During the changing of my map as what you said about, I also learn more about mapping.
I will try my best to map better ^.^.

  1. 红线的offset。。。应该在700ms处。你timing都搞错,确实应该加强一下基础设置的学习233。调整完timing后记得要进aimod看一下unsnap的物件进行调整。

Rain

  1. 打开aimod看一下,主要问题有:bg太大;预览点没设置;tag和cup难度不同。
  2. 00:01:278 (1,2) - 这里应该大跳,然后00:01:663 (3,4) - 不需要跳那么大。其实就是跟vocal吧,只是为了对称的话感觉没太必要。
  3. 00:04:740 (5,6) - 和上面类似,不过这边还好,这个跳稍微小一点就行,后面7可以跟着6一起移动。
  4. 00:06:086 (2,3) - 这里四个vocal的音非常重,建议用四个note来表现,然后间距可以稍微大一点。
  5. 00:10:316 (2,3,4,5) - 这些跳可以跟前面一样跳大一点。
  6. 00:13:201 这里我觉得应该加个note。
  7. 00:21:758 加个note吧,这三连还是比较明显的。
  8. 00:23:778 (5) - 噗,同前。不过如果考虑到是为了对称而对称,之后我就不再提这种了。
  9. 00:25:125 (4,5) - 这个跳也没必要?直接把5给ctrl+h了试试。同时,00:28:202 (4,5) - 这里我倒是觉得可以大跳的说,同样在5试试ctrl+h。
  10. 00:30:894 (5,6) - 这个大跳好像也没啥必要,这段还是比较安静的。
  11. 00:33:778 (1,6) - nc换一下。不过我觉得你这图全图的nc都有点问题,建议所有的nc在调整完红线后,在downbeat处设置(长白线处),不要搞得太复杂。。。
  12. 00:36:662 (2) - 不是很必要,直接合到之前的slider里就好。
  13. 复制粘贴的部分就不提了,和之前说的一样233
  14. 00:56:566 (5,6) - 这个跳没必要。00:58:104 (5,6) - ,01:08:489 (7,1) - 同理。
  15. 01:14:739 (2) - 我觉得放在靠近1的地方比如128,229这更有表现力。
  16. 某些跳感觉。。。和应该激昂的地方比,反而小了,反之亦然。虽然不知道对称对playing的影响有多大,柑橘ds还是直接跟着歌曲走比较好。以上为个人意见嗯。。。

00:28:393 - the part starting from here felt monotonous for me bc it's the same 1/1 rhythm over and over. i think, especially for a slow part like this, you can make some more light rhythm, for example remove 00:28:778 (2) . this continues until 00:36:085 , if you agree i'll leave it to you make sth suitable for yourself.
00:40:316 - add note here. song increase in pace, so it doesn't make musical sense to use less notes than before.
00:44:547 (3) - 1/1 slider make more sense musically imo.
00:46:854 (9) - add NC

Opening thoughts: high SV isnt good for lower difficulties
  1. 00:02:624 (1) - spinner is unnecessary, should be notes here instead like the other diffs
  2. 00:05:701 (1) - ^ same as above
  3. 00:48:201 (5) - no need for repeats, just use a long slider
  4. 00:56:085 (2) - this doesnt fit at all, use a long slider instead.
  5. 00:57:624 (4) - ^same as above
  6. 01:06:085 (8) - doesnt fit, just use a long slider instead
Song Setup Recommendations:none

Closing Thoughts:This cup is alright. Should use a lower SV next time though. also a lot of repeat sliders here are unnecessary and add unwanted note density. Please remove them. Also some movement at times could be a bit higher so it flows better but that's fine as it is now.

Opening thoughts: Please use a lower SV for lower diffs
  1. 00:02:239 (6) - why is there no dash to this?
  2. 00:02:431 (1) - spinner shouldnt be here, wasnt in the other diffs
  3. 00:06:085 (8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - this dashing is too much, and these patterns dont work for a salad. Use simpler ones
  4. 00:12:047 (6,7,8,9,10) - consistent spacing please
  5. 00:13:008 (11) - should have a dash to this and have the spinner start where 00:13:201 (12) - is
  6. 00:24:547 (12,13) - hypers are UNRANKABLE in salads, change these to dash
  7. 00:36:854 (7) - unnecessary, should just be a hitcircle
  8. 00:49:931 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - the dashing here is too sudden, reduce please

  10. the rest of the song needs to be changed, no hypers, the dashing is too tight, and a sudden ramp in difficulty is all bad.

Closing Thoughts: A lot of inconsistency with walk strings, the dashing doesnt follow the song a lot of the time, hypers are unrankable in salads, and the dashing overall is too tight and rigid feelings. Use a more simple flow please.

Closing Thoughts: A lot of jumps dont follow the emphasis of the song which leaves it feeling like it's not in tune with the music. Please go through and add dashes to the vocal emphasis and such. Also use more consistent spacing when using walking distances. This will greatly help your diff. Use a lower SV for a platter next time too.

  2. 00:06:854 (8) - it isn't a big problem, but i just want to pointed this note has different distance with the previous, if you use 1.2x distance snap, just move it into x:376 or you can activate distance snap by pressing "y" (ofc with 1.2x distance snap setting) and move it to right side, it would automatically moved
  3. 00:11:085 (4) - move 1 grid to right side for consistent with distance?
  4. 00:13:008 (6,7) - stack with (5)? it's look like the movement is too far stepping to right side for a Cup
  5. 00:19:547 (2) - 1 or 2 grid to right side? the movement is too narrow, also for 00:20:316 (4) - few grid to left side
