Problem Details: So whenever I start to play a map when the little countdown timer is going down it skips back a little bit but the map keeps going so it like playing with -30ms Offset, really annoying problem making the game literally unplayable, tried every fix I can come up with. Happening in both Current and Fallback builds, Open GL and DirectX any type of frame limiting isnt changing anything.
