Hi , whenever i wanna try to play on the cuttingedge or the latest version of osu i get massive input lag but when i play on the fallback version i don't have any problem , if anyone can help me with this.

Input lag, or performance problems / bad framerate, lag spikes, etc.? Those are two completely different things.

Lag spike i guess , but i don't have this problem on the fallback , and when i start playing a song i have this http://puu.sh/lFEgZ/85524f0b76.jpg or even worse sometimes

Then that's poor performance. What are your PC Specs? Do you have your GPU drivers up to date? Check it please. If not, update/install them.

Laptop with optimus I see...
Is osu! set tu use to use the integrated intel or the dedicated nvidia GPU ?
I know (By testing cause I have optimus laptop) that when using the nvidia GPU, fullscreen doesn't work and that implies high input lag.
About the high ms when map start I got this too tooday, I belive they are limiting to 60fps automaticaly when not playing or something like that.

Well i'm now using the intel card but some months ago i was using the nvdia one then i had to hard reset my pc and since this i have massive lag when i use the nvidia.. which is weird cause it's working on other games..

osu! has a performance problem with NVidia Optimus PCs. This will be fixed in the future, but for now your best option is to use the integrated GPU or change to Stable (Fallback)
