The title's gameplay is not affected by this issue.
Problem Details:
Any data displayed as a bar or as order seems to be fine.
Only printing of the numerical data is affected.
Numbers clearly from the just completed beatmap are present but no others.
Short list of affected areas:
The linux host started as pure64 Arch Linux install
multilib was added right before the wine installation.
$ wine --version
wine-1.8-rc1 (Staging)
list of all present 32 bit libs on the box.

Note Download percentage missing and missing user data.
Note missing time, score, and, other data for Global Rankings
Note immediate numerical data un-affected
Note the missing local ranking numeral
osu! version: 20151127beta
This happens with stable(fallback), stable, beta, and, cuttingedge
Remarks:
I think that this is a problem with not having an essential shared library that I would otherwise have if I were on a full multilib system or a full 32 bit system.
I am fluent in linux speak don't be affraid to ask for more tests, screenshots, what_have_you.
I appoligize for the image size.
