Problem Details:
At first it was a feel. I didn't rank up for quite some time so I focused on FC'ing ranked 3-3.5 star maps. but I didn't get ANY pp at all. Then I was a bit suspicious and made a post in the forums. Someone told me to play some maps I have seen in the "top scores" section of other players very often. Still, nothing. No pp rewards. I decided to play what I call my personal "pp well" (https://osu.ppy.sh/b/577429?m=3) because on this map I achieved my highest pp reward so far. I Improved my top score - NOTHING. Then this happened: https://imgur-archive.ppy.sh/eXmxjyp.jpg. This is one of the best scores I have ever gotten - 4.2star FC. NOT. A. SINGLE. PP. I can no longer believe that this is just coincidence because that play MUST be worth at least 1pp. What is going on?
EDIT: I just realized that my scores aren't getting submitted. How do I fix this?
