[Archived] auto-hide/ chat glitch

Problem Details: I was in a multiplayer game, when it started auto hide seized to work so the message sender got filled up, then once the game ended it sent the message automatically causing me to get silenced for 5 minutes :x

Did you have the automatic chat hiding on? You can toggle it on or off at the bottom right corner.

If you press f8 to close it at the same time it goes back, you call it back, making it appear
If you pressed f8 to close it, this is completely intended as you were to late
Oh, tip for next time, to 'reset the chat bar', press the down arrow key

You probably pressed F8 a split second after it went to auto-hide.

If that's not the case is there any viable way to replicate it? If so please do post how to.

I was in a multiplayer match playing kokou no sousei- insane, the main problem was the auto sending

It's simple, when you play a beatmap the chat box will auto hide so it can't disturb you while playing, it's also not a glitch
