Problem Details:

This version of osu! apparently can't run on my pc!

We can't see the screenshot if you copy the route of your PC.

Take that picture and upload it to a server, like puush or imgur.

Upload that screenshot to a file hosting website (imgur for example) and drop the link in here. We can't see your local files.
Can you provide more details meanwhile?
