[Archived] My Osu! isnt connecting to Bancho

Problem Details:
So ive just recently downloaded osu! and i found out i couldn't download any beat maps as it says corrupt file or incomplete file. Then i realised that i wasn't connected to the osu servers(Bancho) which i believe is the reason why i cannot download the beat maps. Please could you help me!

I can't login or connect to the game at all!
Please ensure that osu! is allowed full access in whatever firewall or anti-virus software you may be using - internet connectivity is required to log into our game servers.

Even if your firewall policy allows other games through without adding exceptions, try adding one for osu! - it'll probably help!

If you're still having issues connecting to our game servers, please submit a support ticket via mail to accounts@ppy.sh containing a 'tracert cho.ppy.sh' output log (see here for information on how to do this)
It sounds like you really have bad routing issues and even downloads would be timing out. Although if things have been resolved by now, make sure to let us know.
