Fix the list of objects in design

When the list of img or objects in design is too long it's impossible move a object from Background to Foreground (it's a example).
Order objects is impossible too.
Obviously u can do it manually in the .osb file but still is hard found the object when the list is long and sometimes when u cut and paste the code from a layer to another design gets bugged and show it in top of all objects but of the old layer.
Something like this

Background
img1
Fail
Pass
Foreground
img2
img3

If I cut and paste the code of img3 to the layer Background something like this happens

One temporarily/permanent solution is that you can click on the object you want to move, then click on the layer title you want to move it to ie. click img3 then click "Background".

Mmm ok but still u can't order the imgs
