I just installed OSU! and I can't see any of the targets,circles sliders etc. This was the case in the tutorial and a couple of the beat maps that come with the fresh install. I haven't added anything to it yet. I'm on Win8.

Can you provide any screenshots to your problem? I've never heard of this problem before.
Like Nathan said, can you provide a screenshot or something? Are you sure that you are using the Default skin? I believe that if you are using this settings, it could be a renderer problem, but still... That's weird.
