Hello :)

Today i turned on osu played some games (everything was normal) then locked screen (game was turned on) went to take a shower and started to play afterwards.
First song was fairly ok (some small lags) but in second i had fps drops to about 5-7 (at least that was the feeling), fraps was showing drops from regular 1400 fps to about 600. I didn't had any other programs that could cause issue (just fraps, speedfan, kaspersky antyvir and osu, kaspersky was NOT scanning).
I tested on furmark - no fps drop.

Software: win 8.1, drivers: latest

Hardware:
GPU:AMD R9 290x vapor-x 8GB,
CPU: AMD FX-9590
HDD: SSD Kingston 120GB
RAM: 8GB 1600Mhz

EDIT: after playing a while with lags i noticed few things:
1. while playing my cpu usage is constant 13% (1 core works at 100% - clocked at 4,7Ghz)
2. the more objects the bigger freezes - on streams it drops to 1-2 FPS atm.
3. i cannot skip using space
4. as soon as i lose everything unfreezes
5. freeze doesn't affect gameplay as long as hitcircle manages to spawn in time, at least it used to be till lags got too big

edit2:
Restart obviously fixed game.
it looks like there is some list/arraylist that is not getting cleaned properly on "hello" screen and causes render lags while playing.

Please report frame drops only from cutting edge builds. There are a lot of changes between the two builds.

This is the actual Stable version.

Well imho bug is pretty big as it managed to cause freezes on this pc and the version isn't that archaic so i'm pretty sure that it would apear on freshest beta available.
Plus it should be really easy to find and fix this bug with a small debugging session ;)

There is nothing we can do about the stable version. It is probably not a bug anyway. I apologize for the delay. If you haven't moved over to the cutting edge builds yet I highly recommend doing so. If the lags are still occurring on those builds you can analyze what is going on by activating the Frame time display via shift F11. It will be more useful than a video in indicating what is causing the spikes.
