Problem Details:
My Osu won't Update, and I can't uninstall the program...

Seems like you still have an ancient version of osu!...
Download the installer from here (the left one), rename it to osu!.exe and place it inside your osu! installation folder (replacing the old osu!.exe). Then simply run it and it should update and you should be set.
