[Archived] Files stuck on desktop (thats where i download beatmaps)

Problem Details:

i cannot delete beatmaps they are sitting on my desktop but when i try it says they are not there

This has something to do with osu! deleting the file after importing it. I would restart the computer and see if it's gone (on the other hand might be a possible issue if the location is empty but can't be accessed, lowering disk space).

Derpy windows is derpy. Right click your desktop background and click refresh, and that should do it?

I have issues like this from time to time too. Pressing F5 (yes, it works in windows!) usually solves the problem, and if not then a restart always does.
