Problem Details:
when my mouse disable/enable (because problem with cable) in osu i see my windows corsor over osu cursor.
fix only with reboot osu. problem at window mode and full screen.

Have you tried switching between renderers or limiting FPS?

I can't replicate this. I assume your using Windows 8 as operating system? (Using Windows 7 here.)

Try to toggle the Users panel (F9) and tell us if it hides your cursor when you hide it.
osu! shows the Windows cursor when opening the Users panel, and will hide it when it is closed. That's a temporary workaround :p
You could also watch a replay, spectate someone or edit a beatmap.

win 8.1 just turn out your cable from mouse at pc and enter again

Another windows 8(.1) issue with OS cursor drawing... What the balls.

I can't replicate this on windows 7 as I said. And I don't have a windows 8(.1) system to try this out.

Tried this countless of times on Win 8.1. Can't replicate.
