Problem Details: Deleting of the beatmap's audio after switching song

Verify that the music file is in the folder before and after the problem.

Do the same as in the vid, but place a couple notes before you exit to the song select screen (when audio is still present).

I'm trying to replicate it.

1) I copy the *.mp3 to the songs folder
2) Osu! notices changes in the songs folder
3) I do f5
4) The added song starts playing but no selection of said song is shown (doesn't exist in menu)
5) I press enter and enter the map editing screen
6) I set the timing
7) I go to the compose tab to verify there are no notes.
8) I save the beatmap
9) I press Esc
10) The map starts playing
11) I press down and another song starts playing
12) I press up, and the new beatmap starts playing
13) Checking the folder, the *.osu and the mp3 exist

Cannot replicate, did I follow the steps correctly? What type of music file is it?

Wait, i deleted the audio file, osu says "were found differences" (I don't know in english i have italian as language) i copied the file from the desktop and i put it in the folder i press f5 and there's the song! i tried switch song but now there's the audio!

Thank you very much, but i think this is still a bug

Mind uploading the exact map you can replicate this with somewhere for testing purposes?

Thanks. I couldn't replicate this either though. If it happens again or you can consistently replicate it bump this thread.

Sounds like you have conflicting folders and osu! is checking the wrong folder for the audio file.
