[resolved] Score/Replay issues?

I S'd a song recently, then after logging in the next session (when I want to record my replay), the replay button vanishes.
I also noticed that my S score didn't appear at my local scores.
What's going on? Is this some sort of bug? :?

If you want to get the replay, go to your osu! folder > data > r and sort by date
Sometimes this happens?

(But I wonder what causes to look like this though... is it a bug?)

If you didn't close osu! properly (i.e. through the menus), then this can sometimes happen
