Deactivate Widescreen Support if there's no storyboard.
What's up with all those 1px short in length wallpapers

Reduce your .mp3's bitrate to 192kbps.
Recheck Hard's preview point, it seems it differs from easy's and normal's.

00:45:403 (7) - Stack this at 00:43:848 (2,4) - , I think keep move the cursor back and forth like feel a bit repetitive but that just me
00:57:181 (5,1) - Triplet sound a bit better here , I don't see any reasong to use 1/4 slider here and it plays rather hard for me
01:02:292 (4) - Why not Ctrl+G here it will make this feel a bit variate from 01:01:848 (3) - and you also get a nice flow here imo
