I was playing with a friend, he put a map, so i downloaded it, and then i haved this.

Already tried to press F5? Sometimes osu! doesn't update your maps in the multi (even if you have to update only)

The error is probably on his side
What to do next time
Let him give you the host
You pick the same map, so he can update it to correct version

This happens a lot in muti, usualy it's because the map is not the latest version on the host computer, so just ask the host to update the map if it happens again and it'll be good.

I think the host should be warned about the map that is not last version
