[Archived] Game Freezing

When I try to download a beatmap from a multiplayer game my game freezes for like 10 seconds.
I have Windows 8.1, game is running very good, untill I press something that opens my browser.

Is it something with Windows 8.1? I dunno. If you have any idea just post any solutions.

I might try to make a video/screenshot showing this problem.

osu! version: 20150109.1 (latest)

Do you have a default browser set? If so, please do.

It happens to me all the time I open Chrome for the first time after rebooting my pc, but after that it runs fine whenever I click on links (it runs in the background from then on), so maybe there's something interfering with your browser. Actually I don't have any clue with just what you said because it can be anything... :/
