[Archived] Storyboard Events on Video Objects Throw Error

Problem Details: If the user does not have Video enabled, the Video object is not read. The events related to the Video, however, do not get removed, thus causing an error.

How to reproduce: Add a storyboard event to a Video object, then disable video when playing the map.

I am currently trying to implement a method of showing the video to taiko players / spectators, similar to what Lanturn has done here: https://osu.ppy.sh/s/248576

Instead of using specific pictures and changing the video directly, etc. I simply changed the coordinates and re-sized the video, like so.
