Problem Details:
I can't open an osump link as argument for osu!

You can't pass an osump:// link to osu! as an commandline argument.

This is correct
osump has nothing to do with osu
People just upload their maps there, because they can't upload in BSS (due to full slots)
Or... Do you mean osump links don't open when clicked on?

To clarify, no this has nothing to do with what I meant.
I wanted to pass the osump link which contains information about which room to join with which password, directly to the exe.

You meant multiplayer links, not osump links (that's a beatmap alternative)
