Timing should be

Title ----> M/elody

Official Site

Also remove (Tokyo Magnitude 8.0) from title and tags since its not the official title and for tags you already put it in the source Also make ED to "Ending" since search doesn't search things that has less then 3 characters

Umm i tried to change the timing and the offset you said but when i tried to play it in nightcore, the beat does not match with the song? But therefore i think the timing is perfectly good

Done. >< i used now the Distance snap to all notes . The timing now is perfect with the notes . Wooh. I'll work now with hard difficulty.
