[Archived] FTP links isn't parsed properly in osu!

Problem Details:
osu! parses FTP links incorrectly.
Expected link: ftp://chong601.no-ip.org/Beatmap%20Pack ... %23380.rar
Link when clicked in osu!: http://ftp//chong601.no-ip.org/Beatmap% ... %23380.rar
However, it is shown correctly when i hover above the linked word

Confirm

Just pasting don't do a clickable thing.

And if you do something clickable ([link text]) if parses wrong
