Problem Details:

Recently I've been getting only 100 kbs a second instead of 1.9 mbs per second. Here's my download speed test.

Is it only beatmaps that are taking a long time to download or are you having this problem with other files too?

Check to make sure your firewall is not blocking any connections.

This is a shot in the dark but have you tried clearing your browser cache?

I commented on a similar thread with the same problem not even a few days ago. Use beatmap mirrors I guess

Even in similar threads I've seen in the past, I don't think many of them were fully resolved.
