Problem Details:

Hello
when i m in multiplayer i can not open links or maps do download it

Have you tried switching around your default browser or keeping the browser open in the background?

i dont undertand what do you mean
google chrom is my default browser ...... :roll:

Change your default browser from chrome to something else. This normally happens to people using chrome.

You can of course go back to using chrome as well.
