Problem Details:
Osu! updater doesn't want to update on the game start, also from the "options" in the game.
Reinstallation of osu is not helpful too. ;__;
p/3491708 - no effects...
Trying to put stable version in "options" - update error.
Brandmauer disabled
Antivirus disabled
Firewall disabled
Windows 7

Have you tried restarting your computer?
Helped fix my issues when I last had them.

I just have 3G-modem. ;_;

I hadn't ever used VPN and have no ideas how I should use it and how it will help me.

Have you tried running it as administrator?

Its highly likely that some kind of security is stopping you from updating it - did you download anything recently before the problem began?
I've only seen this problem occur for an extended time when trying to download osu! at school before

I was tried running it as admin. But it's wasn't helpful again.

I also experience this problem today

and i fixed it by letting the osu windows keep running. seems that even it writes " an error .... " it will still try to update. cmiiw
