[resolved] [Archived] Stuck on full screen/ border less

Problem Details:

I was on border less and then I pressed full screen by mistake.. So I turned off full screen and decided to go on 1024X600 but it wouldn't work. It was still on full screen or border less.. Help?

shift+f12 during startup and change it that way.

Well. I couldn't really do that.. I'm on mac and it's the volume button

Hold SHIFT and open osu! (while holding SHIFT), this should pop up a recovery dialog. Change the settings in there.
Otherwise edit the "osu!<username>.cfg" file manually with any text editor and change it in there.
