Problem Details:

I can't finish the installation because this problem appears.

try to install the game to a different drive (e.g D:) ?
this also worth trying, even though it's a quite old solution. idk would it works now or not

Factory reset also seems can fix this problem. This is your last resort. backup your data to somewhere first
