00:59:201 (1,2,3,1,2) - 感觉这里不应该做的跟前后一样幅度的跳 因为这里是鼓点减弱的地方

01:14:966 (1,1) - 红线结束感觉很无解啊 对不上节奏也感觉违和 这种安静伴奏的地方应该是1拍1拍的打节奏 所以推荐提前1/2结束. 或者还有一种方法 滑条结尾静音
01:28:435 (1,2,3,4,5) - 建议改个梗...和前面的style反差略大

this set is just uploaded by death because chloe abandoned it. and we don't need any more insanes i don't think.

in any case, nobody else wanted to host the set (i think) so he went and took one for the team.

pretty much.

but now that no_gu's gotten his set qualified, i guess we can take things a little slower so i might map a 4 star insane if i have time..

About xxdeathx uploading this mapset, it's ok and confirmed by Loctav, there is no problem about this referring to rules :

  2. 00:48:027 (1) - I think you can already use C2 on slider's start because it's becoming "loud" at this moment so it doesn't make sense for me to have a light beat here and having a loud one on the end. Remove your inherited point here and create/move the next one here (if you want to have the same level or not)
  3. 00:57:823 (1,2) - I don't really get the rythm for this part. The voice isn't really followed because of the big reverse slider. I think something like that could be more appropriate http://puu.sh/csAXo/a5ddd4dbe4.jpg
  4. 01:05:170 (1) - I'm not sure doing this kind of shape is good here. Mby having a better fit with 01:04:558 (4) - would be better

Well, I haven't a lot of things to say here except this nazi mod, it makes sense for me ^^'
I just feel hitsounds could be a little bit more "louder" on kiai with big drums like KwaN did but it's your style so I don't think it should be changed if you don't want to ^^

[OniJAM's Hard]
  1. 00:12:364 (3,4) - 0.59x is too short, please add more space between these 2 sliders (something like 0.8 is okayish)
  2. 00:30:272 (3) - I feel this reverse slider isn't needed. You can continue with a 1/4 reverse slider, it will gave you the same effect. it feels too much.
  3. 00:39:915 (6) - remove NC (see below)
  4. 00:40:374 (1) - add NC. The last slider is going faster and the singer starts to sing again. You're waiting for something with the same speed than the other one if you don't put a NC here. Putting one here helps for better readability.
  5. 00:43:741 (1) - Well I don't see the point on this shape
  6. 00:50:476 (2) - Meh I don't really like this hidden circle.. Just putting the slider's end here with a finish does the same thing and it would be a lot more readable.
  7. 01:17:874 (2) - Please don't x) You can do something so much better than this shape.   3. 00:35:782 (1) - This slider is weird because it's hidden by 00:35:323 (2) -, you don't really know his shape and when it's over. Try to rework this one or move the other one.
  4. 00:58:588 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - dayum this jump x) but well I can pass it properly and it's your style so why not ^^
  5. 01:19:864 (1) - hidden circle, please change it, remove it or at least don't put it under the slider, that's not readable. The solution which follows the rythm would be to delete this circle and put slider's end here instead.
  6. 01:25:986 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - why? there is no drum at all, I don't see the point of putting a long stream here (or just for annoying me? :D) I'm 100% sure you can find something better than that.
  7. 01:28:894 (3,4,5) - weird rythm, not finishing on the good tick. Try this instead http://puu.sh/csHbA/21b14bae43.jpg. If you're not following it, the only thing you have to follow is the last circle (5) on the red tick.
Some cool stuff but overmapped sometimes, if you fix some things, it could become a really nice diff which is a good compromise between diffculty and readability/enjoyment

@yf The circles help emphasize the vocals and are intuitive so I'd like to keep them, maybe change if more people suggest it.

@shARPII it's to stack with previous slider

  1. 00:14:660 (3,4) - dunno if it feels confusing or not for a new player to see a circle over a slider no, i always use this technique when mapping Easy
  2. 00:48:027 (1) - I think you can already use C2 on slider's start because it's becoming "loud" at this moment so it doesn't make sense for me to have a light beat here and having a loud one on the end. Remove your inherited point here and create/move the next one here fixed in another way
  3. 00:57:823 (1,2) - I don't really get the rythm for this part. The voice isn't really followed because of the big reverse slider. I think something like that could be more appropriate i dont follow vocals when mapping :3
  4. 01:05:170 (1) - I'm not sure doing this kind of shape is good here. Mby having a better fit with 01:04:558 (4) - would be better it's intentional and fine as it is

00:30:924 (2,3,4,5) - delete this. there's nothing in the music here. by doing this, you give a better emphasis to the sound starting at 00:31:230
00:35:975 (1) - reverse this. flows more naturally to me
00:36:281 (2) - ^
00:54:189 (2) - space this out a little farther. the close spacing almost made me think it was 1/4 on the first play
01:20:210 (1) - reverse for better flow
01:30:159 (5) - make the end of this soft to match the vocal
01:30:388 - add a circle here to match the vocal

this diff uses quite a lot of overmap which is okay to me. however, it does get quite excessive in one spot - 01:26:332 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6). i think you should consider using less 1/4 and sticking more to 1/2 in this section, perhaps combining it with bursts of 1/4 at certain emphasis points.

  1. 00:15:618 (3) - I was thinking of removing this note, and move the next object to where the note was, and extend that object to where the tail was on at the beginning (00:16:536 - ). Because the slider was in the 1/4 of the long note, it would be better if it starts on a beat, and not in the middle of a long note.
  2. 00:23:271 (3,4) - Try switching places (you basically move (4) to the downbeat, and (3) to the little downbeat). This rhythm will follow better the vocals, and it'll be the same rhythm as 00:25:720 (3,4) -, so it would make a consistency.
  3. 00:25:720 (3) - Try replacing the whistle in the tail by a clap. I feel that the clap fits better, because of the last hitsound rhythm (00:22:046 (1,2,3,4) - ). And, in my opinion, because there's already a whistle on 00:26:485 (4) -, the whistle on (3) sounds weird. Well, that's just my guess.
  4. 00:36:740 (1) - The flow between this and the previous object doesn't, in my opinion, work well, since (3) is shooting to the right, but the next object is on the upper side for (3). Which is why I suggest to this pattern:

    You move (1) to x:275 y:195, and a blanket pattern with (3)'s approach circle. And you move (2) to why it should be.

I could rotate the slider by 67° with selection centre enabled, and it might fix (my) problem.
  3. 00:19:138 (3) - I think the note could be longer. I feel that (2) ends roughly, like there's a gap going on there. It makes me stop a little, and it sounds weird. What you can do is remove this note, and add a repeat to (2). This would sound much better, in my opinion.

OniJAM's Hard

  1. 00:03:220 (3,3) - It's not a suggestion though, but it made me confused when I first testplayed this. I see these pattern in insane difficulties, and because of this, it made me clicked the slider earlier. I just want pointed out this.
  2. 00:07:046 (4) - Add a node on x:120 y:346? It looks nice to have a mirror pattern.
  3. 00:11:026 (1) - I think the finish hitsound isn't right for the beat on the end of the spinner. In my opinion, I don't think that the beat isn't strong for a finish, but a whistle may fit. Apparently, the whistle is added on the other difficulties.
  4. 00:13:934 (4) - The distance between this and the previous object will make confusion because the distance is too small. Try with a distance on 1.0x, like you made to 00:15:771 (4,5) .

Kibbleru's Insane

  1. 00:27:863 (5) - Remove the finish hitsound on the head? It doesn't make sense to the music. It goes the same thing to 00:29:087 (5) -, 00:33:985 (4) .
  2. 00:16:077 (2,3,4) - Try this rhythm?

  3. 01:20:822 (1) - This note was hiding under (1)'s tail, and I couldn't see it coming. Try moving it to x:376 y:286, where it could be on the (2)'s tail.
